Intro

Hello! My name is Denise. I have been involved in the Patient Safety Program since 2002. I've held positions at both the hospital and corporate levels, attended numerous conferences, and read many related books and articles. This blog is an effort to bring people together that share a similar desire to enhance patient safety by reviewing past and current literature by the best and the brightest. In doing so, I hope to stimulate discussion to aid in the transition from band aid fixes to system level changes.
